We do ship Worldwide with not insured USPS Priority Mail Service. You can always request for insurance during Check Out in the Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order window. That obviously means a higher shipping fee. There are some restrictions: where USPS will not ship, we do not ship either. Buyer pays actual shipping costs, handling fees, which depends on the size of the shipment. The buyer will pay possible Customs fees also.
We always make 100% sure that the item(s) we ship to abroad is in absolute perfect condition. You have to understand, after shipping the product we have no control over the package. If you receive a damaged item, it means that the damage happened during shipping. In this case, you have to contact to your local Post Office and file a complaint, describing the damage that happened during shipping. You have to provide our INVOICE and Tracking number, which we sent to you in the email at the time of purchase.
If you receive an item in perfect condition, but you do not like it or you just simply changed your mind, you can always send it back to us, at your own expense. You have to request a Return Authorization Code in email before shipping the product back, describing the reason you want to send the product back. Without RAC we are unable to receive your return! As soon as we received your return in perfect and unused condition, in it’s original packaging, we will refund the purchase price. We do not refund original shipping fees, gift-wrapping fees, customization fees, handling fees or any other special request fees.
